Network for Hope is a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation. We seek a Clinical Responder to perform on-site donor assessments, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure timely referrals and follow-up to support the donation process.

The role requires clinical expertise, strong decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure with compassion. Equal opportunity employer; E-Verify participant.

Competenze

• Education: Some post-secondary education; an associate degree in allied or health science or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Two years in a medical/critical care field or OPO required; EMR experience required.
• Skills: Clear communication, professional demeanor, and excellent customer service.

Mansioni

• Completes timely onsite response to hospitals for viable organ referrals and supports NFH's mission.
• Performs chart reviews and assesses medical suitability for donation with clinical staff.
• Develops referral management plans from initial referral through death declaration or DCD.
• Informs hospital staff on referral progression and maintains donor records.
• Addresses complaints and assists in corrective actions regarding errors or concerns.
• Consults with on-call organ administrator and Family Support Liaison as needed.
• Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
