WSP USA is seeking On-Call Emergency Managers to support disaster recovery operations nationwide. This on-call role requires travel to client sites and deployment across the United States with short notice.

Candidates should have 5+ years in emergency management, a relevant degree, and proficiency in MS Office. The role offers project-based work with travel and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience in Emergency Management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead disaster recovery operations for assigned clients, directing teams through all recovery phases.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Centers or field sites to lead recovery operations on site.
• Supervise recovery staff across logistics, cost documentation, and resource management.
• Review projects, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and program requirements (e.g., FEMA PA).
• Manage a portfolio of recovery projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely delivery.
