Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking experienced Site Inspectors to support disaster recovery efforts across the United States. This on‑call role involves field inspections, documentation of damages, and coordination with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Work may occur in the field, remotely, or in hybrid arrangements depending on client needs. You will document damages to public infrastructure, support recovery planning, and assist with project formulation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building inspection, construction, or related field.
• Experience collecting, documenting, and organizing field data.
• Ability to travel on short notice and work independently in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field and desktop inspections of disaster‑impacted facilities and infrastructure.
• Document damages, site conditions, and measurements to support recovery funding programs.
• Coordinate site visits with stakeholders and maintain thorough inspection records.
• Prepare clear site inspection reports and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs through documentation.
