Job summary

You will assist participants in developing daily living skills, support health and safety, and document activities as part of a collaborative care team. This role requires a dedicated, compassionate individual with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with basic computer usage and documenting daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Encourage, guide, and train developmentally disabled individuals in daily living skills.
• Assist with personal needs, health, and community integration while maintaining safety in residential settings.
• Document daily activities electronically and participate in team meetings.
