Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Successful completion of required organizational, regulatory and contractual training.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities including meal prep and hygiene.
• Support independence and personal growth while promoting safety and well-being.
• Encourage participation in community activities and relationships.
• Document interactions and ensure confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Monitor for safety, respond to crises, and collaborate with clinical staff.
