Job summary

Horizon House, a recognized non-profit organization in Montgomery County, is looking for a full-time Direct Support Professional. This role involves guiding and training developmentally disabled individuals in daily living skills and ensuring their well-being within a community setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in the MH/IDD field.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to perform independently and as a team member.
• Possession of a valid PA driver's license.
