Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an On Call Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. This on-call role covers shifts that may start in the early morning or late evening, with responsibilities including janitorial tasks, hazardous waste handling, and operating cleaning equipment.

The candidate should be able to follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates, and be willing to fill in during staff shortages.

Qualifications

• Education: no specific requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily schedule tasks.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and work in a team.
