Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian (On-Call) responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. The role involves janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, professional work environment across multiple sites.

Shifts are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 PM with a pay rate of $15.00-$16.00 per hour. No specific education is required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, and a driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent education/experience considered.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate professionally.
