Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and following daily schedules and safety protocols.

No specific education required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred. On-call shift from 12pm to 8:30pm paying $23.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and complete tasks.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
