Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Responsibilities include janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and handling hazardous waste as per procedures.

The role requires proper safety training, possible forklift certification, and reliable communication with supervisors and team members. The position is on-call for a 12:00pm–8:30pm shift with a $23.50/hour rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety/task training certification; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned areas.
• Handle Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collection, labeling, and disposal.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor; follow safety rules and protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
