Ivy Park at Burbank is looking for a Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents and visitors. The role includes answering phones, monitoring the emergency alert system, and managing the business center.

Preferred candidates should have hospitality experience and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office. The position offers a pay range of $18.00-19.00 per hour and various benefits including medical and personal days.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer telephones and direct calls appropriately.
• Manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
