You will engage with guests, coordinate amenity space, manage deliveries, and monitor building security while leveraging project management and communication skills to foster strong community relationships. The role emphasizes flexibility, guest-focused service, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with ability to fill last-minute shift requests.
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English required to read and respond to memos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Coordinate requests and reservations through the property intranet system.
• Maintain up-to-date information on events and resident/guest preferences.
• Ensure building safety and security measures are followed at all times.
• Document shift details in logs for continuity and reporting.
• Respond to resident and guest emails within 24 hours.
