The role develops, implements, and standardizes programs to improve access to care and engages patients while empowering team members and leadership to address community health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 1+ years of leadership in healthcare, community health, public health, or related operations.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage operations, resources, and performance outcomes with business tech proficiency.
