Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• DOT Driver Qualification file (q-file) and Medical Certification.
• TIA Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to customers through timely follow-ups and communication.
• Perform tire-related services on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and comply with DOT/ELD requirements.
• Operate tire tools safely and effectively.
• Look up fluid volumes for tire size.
• Complete work orders and invoices; verify customer credit.
• Assist in inventory management using Toolbox/BASYS.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and maintain records.
• Document fleet inspections and barcode scans.
• Maintain vehicle appearance and PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
