Responsibilities

• Perform tire-related services (mounting, dismounting, fleet checks, pressure adjustments, repairs) on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain DOT/ELD compliance.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively (tire machines, compressors, hand tools).
• Complete work orders and invoices, verify customer credit, and handle billing adjustments.
