Qualifications

• 2-3 years of commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver license and state-required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work under limited supervision and notify senior team of maintenance needs to minimize interruptions.
• Monitor grounds, maintain cleanliness, and ensure tenant-facing areas look presentable.
• Oversee contractors and inspect work by service providers.
• Perform repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
• Be on call one weekend every three weekends with paid overtime.
• Support safety policies and participate in safety training.
• Assist with coordinating construction projects and capital improvements.
