What You Get To Do

• Set up tables, buffet line if appropriate, linens, silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Provide tables and buffet line service including drink orders, serving menu items, and clearing tables.
• Pour a variety of beverages and ensure appropriate drinking age and monitor guest consumption of alcohol following all company and state guidelines.
• Become well‑versed on menu items and ingredients.
• Provide menu and general park information to guests.
• Restock buffet line, food stations and dessert table.
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Bus tables and roll silverware.
• Maintain facility cleanliness.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old.
• Three or more months of experience in a full‑service restaurant or comparable catering events.
• Tray service experience or previous banquet serving experience preferred.

What Else Is Important

• Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed.
• Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor‑to‑waist/waist‑to‑overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing).
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes.
• Perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals.
• Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid‑, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position is for on‑call catering with a minimum number of required shifts worked per month.
