Right at Home in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an On-Call Scheduler to ensure uninterrupted client care outside regular hours. You will manage caregiver call-offs, coordinate replacement coverage, and communicate with clients and caregivers to support safe, reliable care across the Sioux Falls area.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and highly organized, able to work independently under time-sensitive conditions.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, HCA, PCA) preferred.
• Background check ability to pass is required.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• On-Call Management: Respond promptly to caregiver call-offs and manage after-hours shift scheduling.
• Shift Coordination: Secure replacement caregivers for open shifts to ensure uninterrupted client care.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with caregivers, clients, and management.
• Record Keeping: Document all call-offs, schedule changes, and shift coverage details accurately.
