Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements post-acute care plans and utilization review activities as defined by the RN.
• Manages incoming payer correspondence by fax or phone, documenting hospital authorizations and denials.
• Complies with all Asante policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to discharge planning and utilization review.
