Qualifications

• Experience working with children in structured or caregiving settings required.
• Ability to create a positive, interactive environment for children.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Interact with clients and caregivers throughout sessions.
• Create engaging and motivating learning environments for children.
