Job summary

Embassy Suites Brier Creek seeks a professional bartender to deliver high-quality service in our bar and reception areas. You will manage drink preparation, cash handling, and guest interactions while maintaining brand standards and a clean, safe bar environment.

The role requires hospitality skills, the ability to work with a team, and flexibility with shifts including weekends. Prior F&B or bartending experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage service or bartending is preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and reception station following brand standards.
• Demonstrate hospitality and professional service at all times.
• Handle cash and settle receipts, maintaining accountability for revenues.
• Know current beverage menus, portions, recipes, and garnishes.
• Maintain sanitary bar area and equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
