Job summary

Hilton Embassy Suites Raleigh is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver high-quality food & beverage service in a hotel setting. You will follow state ABC laws, handle cash securely, and maintain bar areas to brand standards, ensuring guest satisfaction through professional hospitality.

The role requires flexible shifts, knowledge of beverage menus, and a proactive approach to guest needs. Prior F&B or bartending experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is desired, but not essential.
• Previous related experience preferred – food & beverage service, bartending, hospitality.
• Comfort in computerized environments is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service to hotel guests in the food & beverage areas.
• Ensure compliance with ABC laws and regulations.
• Handle cash and payment procedures securely to protect revenues and costs.
• Maintain sanitary bar areas, utensils, equipment, and beverage stations.
• Set up bar and reception station according to brand standards.
• Demonstrate hospitality and professional service at all times.
