Cherry Valley Hotel in MA seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional event service and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction. You will understand the BEO, assist with setup and breakdown, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests at weddings and business functions.

You will be a food professional, aware of ingredients and allergies, and will handle payments as needed while ensuring safety and a smooth flow of service from arrival to departure.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of fine dining service experience.
• ServSafe or Tips certification required for banquet serving staff.

Responsabilidades

• Be a BEO Expert – understanding your BEO so you can set up and break down each event safely and efficiently.
• Be a Friendly Face - arrive on time, set up stations, and maintain a clean, attractive service area.
• Be a Host as well as a Server – pour water, upsell wines, and answer guest questions with a welcoming attitude.
• Be a Food Professional – know ingredients and allergens, provide courteous service, and handle payments accurately.
• Be a Safety & Security Agent – follow hotel policies and procedures; ServSafe/alcohol training is required.
