Sheraton Boston Needham is seeking on-call Banquet Servers to provide exceptional guest service at hotel events in Needham, MA. You will read BEOs, know menu items, and assist in setup, service, and breakdown to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Must be flexible with schedule to meet hotel needs.
• Understanding of Banquet and Catering functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality guest service by monitoring the banquet area.
• Know all menu items, beverages, and BEOs.
• Serve items using appropriate china, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist other servers and housepersons as needed.
• Relay guest feedback to management promptly.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and safe-serve standards.
• Assist in setting tables and breaking down events after functions.
