Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a Banquet Server to support banquet operations across events and functions. You will participate in setup, service and breakdown while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Applicants should have strong food and beverage knowledge, a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, and a team-oriented mindset to uphold Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Strong food and beverage knowledge required.
• Bartending skills are a plus and beneficial.
• Maintain a positive attitude and team orientation.
• Demonstrate reliability, discipline and work ethic.
• Ability to work across morning, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participates in service, setup and removal of food and beverage during banquets.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items to describe food confidently.
• Communicates guest orders including dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Delivers food and beverages to tables promptly to ensure quality.
• Attends to guests' needs with care and attention.
• Ascertains satisfaction and suggests enhancements to the experience.
• Breaks down and sets up tables, buffets and beverage stations.
• Ensures Four Seasons service standards are met.
• Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
