Responsibilities include setting up banquet rooms, greeting guests, serving courses and beverages, resetting spaces, and ensuring compliance with beverage service policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Team player mindset; pitch-in.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Know proper table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per Supervisor instructions.
• Attend roll call to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food/beverages and maintain consistency with supervisor guidance.
• Reset banquet room after events according to specifications.
