Kessler Hotels in Greenville, SC is seeking a courteous Banquet Server to assist with setup and service for all banquet events, ensuring adherence to hotel standards. This hourly position offers the chance to work in a refined, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include reading BEOs, setting tables, serving meals, handling guest requests, and maintaining banquet storage and cleanliness. A High School diploma and flexibility for long hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexibility for long hours and physical work (lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to read and interpret banquet event orders (BEO).

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt service.
• Read BEOs and know the menu for the assigned function.
• Serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Address guest problems or complaints and communicate with management.
• Set all tables according to standards.
• Maintain banquet storeroom neatly and stocked with supplies.
