Job summary

Westin Greensboro is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to deliver flawless service at events. You will provide prompt, courteous guest service, attend to guests' needs, and help ensure every dining experience is spectacular.

Responsibilities include assisting with room setup, knowledge of menu and wine, accommodating special requests, and maintaining a collaborative, friendly team. A High School diploma is required; banquet experience is preferred; Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Banquet experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits required.
• Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with excellent customer service.
• Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests.
• Knowledge of food and wine including ability to answer questions related to the menu or buffet.
• Prepare room for event (set table cloths, dishes and silverware as needed).
