Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server for the Jasper Hotel Fargo. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, galas, and other occasions, providing courteous service in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to high hospitality standards, with on-call scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for the People, Place and Culture of our community.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain Server Certification within 30-days of hire.
• Must meet local age requirements in order to serve alcohol.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications.
• Greet guests and respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Serve plated meals, family meals, buffets, beverages, and desserts with accuracy and timing.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event.
• Assist with event breakdown and reset as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and event coordination teams to ensure seamless service.
