Aparium Hotel Group is hiring a Banquet Bartender for Jasper Hotel and Rosewild in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on professional service, precise beverage preparation, and menu knowledge to ensure safe and memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of bartending experience, be able to obtain a Server Certification within 30 days, and meet local liquor laws. This position offers evening and weekend shifts as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a bartender.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Server Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional service and ensure safe, responsible alcohol service using recipes and jiggers.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and daily availability; handle transactions accurately.
• Share beverage knowledge to enhance guest experiences and upsell add-ons.
• Greet guests, keep bar stocked, and respond to requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Collaborate with F&B teammates and leaders to improve service and guest satisfaction.
• Tell the story of Jasper Hotel and highlight local partners and collaborations.
• Uphold Aparium's People, Place and Character principles in daily work.
• Work in an organized, clean manner with respect for guests, peers, and equipment.
