Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel restaurant or bar.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non‑verbally.
• Server Training Certificate of Completion, or ability to obtain such within 30 days of hire.
• Must meet local age requirements in order to serve alcohol.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar with spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar prep items as required.
• Greet guests warmly and establish rapport.
• Take orders and provide recommendations for cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Craft cocktails with precision according to house recipes.
