Job summary

The Westin Annapolis, located in Annapolis, MD, is seeking an On Call Banquet Server to support banquet events and assist the Banquet Manager. You will set up rooms, greet guests, and serve food and beverages to ensure a positive guest experience.

Hotel experience is preferred; must be a team player with strong communication and the ability to stand for long periods. On-site role with HEI benefits package and opportunities within HEI Hotels and Resorts.

Qualifications

• Hotel/food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and respond to requests warmly.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware and glassware as instructed.
• Attend roll call and learn function specifics for each event.
• Greet guests, serve food/beverage, and clear dishes as needed.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.
• Reset room for the next function and comply with attendance expectations.
