• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in banquet, catering, or service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas according to event diagrams and standards.
• Provide attentive service including courses and beverage refills.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and allergens to answer inquiries.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
