Job summary

HOAMCO is seeking On Call Banquet Servers to provide courteous and rapid service at events such as corporate parties and weddings. Responsibilities include serving and bartending as needed and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

This part-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling, teamwork, and strong customer service in a fast-paced setting. Training in food safety and alcohol handling is required, with opportunities to collaborate across Food & Beverage functions.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Available and able to serve and/or bartend events.
• Oversee and assist in all Food & Beverage functions with department managers.
• Ensure that superior standards of food service are at all times meeting the requirements of our guests.
• Maintain effective communication between all team members in regards to Food & Beverage issues and concerns.
