Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel, managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks an experienced Banquet & Catering Manager to oversee banquet operations, catering events, and execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and other gatherings. You will coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and hotel leadership to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, event management, or Food & Beverage supervisory or management experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, coordination, setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet and catering functions.
• Ensure events meet BEOs, client specs, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and other departments for accurate communication of requirements.
• Lead, train, and develop banquet associates and leadership teams.
• Support Task Force assignments at other Pyramid properties as needed.
