Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Must have or be able to obtain state/local alcohol service permits (e.g., ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must have or obtain state/local food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens.
• Make wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairing recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine to standard.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Perform tableside service, course progression, and wine service.
• Take and deliver orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar for seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance and cleanliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with discretion and urgency.
