The Metropolitan at The 9 – Autograph Collection by Marriott in Cleveland is hiring part-time banquet servers to bring events to life—from weddings and galas to corporate dinners. We seek polished, guest-focused team players who can work evenings and weekends and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will set up banquet rooms, assist with buffet presentation, and provide friendly service while coordinating with culinary and event teams to ensure flawless execution at high-end

At The Metropolitan at The 9, our banquet team brings events to life—from weddings and galas to corporate events and private dinners. We’re looking for banquet servers who can deliver polished service while helping create seamless, memorable experiences for both guests and hosts.

Experience is great—but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, buffets, and event spaces
• Arrange tables, linens, glassware, and place settings to event standards
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, timely manner
• Provide attentive, friendly service to event guests and hosts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout events
