Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver meals and provide friendly service at events, including weddings, meetings, concerts, and receptions.

The role requires standing up to 8 hours, carrying trays of 20+ pounds, and on-call schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Cash handling knowledge is a plus, and experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Restaurant, banquet or hospitality serving or bartending experience preferred. Basic math and cash register knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at events.
• Greet guests and accommodate needs at events.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging to guests.
• Assist other servers during peak periods.
• Learn buffet, plated, and reception style service to Riverside standards.
• Set up, execute, and clean up for events.
• Maintain clean service areas and professional appearance.
