Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and stay active.
• Detail oriented with professional service standards.
• Ability to follow event timelines and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of banquet rooms and event areas according to event requirements.
• Set tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and other event materials as directed.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout events.
• Serve food and beverages according to established banquet service standards.
• Assist with buffet, plated, reception, and other styles of food and beverage service.
• Monitor assigned tables or event areas and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Clear dishes, glassware, and other items throughout and following events.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional banquet and service areas.
• Communicate guest requests and service concerns to banquet leadership.
• Work closely with banquet, culinary, conference services, and other resort employees to support successful events.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and resetting spaces for upcoming functions.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.
