The position supports the banquet team during events, with a flexible schedule that varies by function. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and carry supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Understanding of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with menu items and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up and breakdown of banquet spaces per event orders.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous service throughout events.
• Serve food and beverages according to Banquet Captain expectations.
• Bus dishes promptly and restock beverages as needed.
• Clean and reset banquet rooms for subsequent events as directed.
• Adhere to all safety, security, and health standards.
