Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum banquet serving experience.
• Experience with standard table sets and serving etiquette.
• Clear, pleasant English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to work cohesively with coworkers.
• Cash handling experience and basic math accuracy.
• Familiarity with BEOs, banquet checks, and room sets.
• Able to think clearly, decide quickly, and stay organized.
• Ability to handle stress with a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Experience handling beverages and knowledge of liquor laws.
• Open to weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform banquet side work as directed by Banquet Captain/Managers.
• Adhere to service standards and guest expectations.
• Attend to guests during functions and related duties.
• Report maintenance needs for banquet equipment.
• Ensure compliance with liquor liability laws.
• Attend designated pre-meal meetings.
• Follow BEOs and banquet room set specifications.
• Set tables, carry trays, and deliver excellent service.
