Overview:

The Club plays an important role in the intellectual life of the university, hosting discussions with Nobel laureates and scholars.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of server experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Food Handlers certificate and BASSET license

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain smooth operation of service
2. Expedite food orders, check for accuracy and presentation
3. Monitor food quality and service levels
4. Check daily boards for assignments
5. Pick up reservations
6. Prepare tables for service
7. Process checks and billing through Quad P.O.S system
8. Ensure compliance with service standards

Marginal Functions:

1. Respond to tasks assigned by supervisor
2. Assist in other food and beverage areas
3. Help train team members
4. Maintain work area cleanliness and organization

Compensation: $14.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
