Step into the limelight as a Banquet Server and become the orchestrator of unforgettable dining experiences. Join our team of service professionals dedicated to delivering seamless events where every guest enjoys a symphony of flavors and exceptional hospitality.

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using their name when possible.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests, following brand or property-specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust. Engage guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and expectations.
• Answer questions regarding menu options and consult with kitchen staff for clarification when needed.
• Communicate any special dietary needs, allergies, or meal requirements to the kitchen team.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards, including linens, glassware, chinaware, and flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Follow proper procedures for serving alcohol.

Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to timelines for set-up completion.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Follow instructions accurately, both verbally and in writing.
• Be highly detail-oriented.
• Have at least 1 year of server experience.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Obtain relevant certifications such as food handler's or alcohol training, as applicable.
