What You’ll Do

1. Serve with Grace
   Set up banquet spaces according to event specs
   Greet members and guests promptly and warmly
   Take beverage orders, serve plated meals, and maintain attentive service throughout the event
   Pour wine, coffee, and other beverages with precision and care
   Assist in event breakdown and reset for the next function
2. Keep It Spotless
   Clear soiled dishes and reset tables as needed
   Maintain cleanliness in both service and kitchen areas
   Support the kitchen and service teams in all assigned duties
3. Know Your Stuff
   Understand all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes
   Ensure all food and alcohol service complies with state, local, and club policies
   Follow all food safety standards and sanitation best practices
4. Contribute to the Team
   Attend pre-service (line-up) meetings and trainings
   Communicate guest feedback or concerns to supervisors immediately
   Support fellow team members wherever needed

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

1. 2+ years banquet or comparable experience (preferred)
2. High school diploma or GED (preferred)
3. Food safety certification
4. Alcohol service certification
5. Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
6. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Physical Demands & Work Environment

1. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
2. Stand and walk for extended periods
3. Bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions
4. Work in hot, humid, and energetic environments
