The incumbent will manage setup, linen presentation, food station design, and beverage service while maintaining a sanitary environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexibility across shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and banquet operations.
• Ability to coach and lead other associates.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet team by coaching and directing during events.
• Ensure space is visually appealing and menu offerings are presented.
• Assist with linen/table setting, food station design, and beverage service; maintain sanitation.
