Remington Hotels in Arcadia, CA is seeking a part-time Banquet Set-Up Assistant to coordinate equipment, liaise with the kitchen and banquet staff, and ensure flawless event setups for guest functions.

You will schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and stations, assist with room setups, inspect food quality before service, and reference BEOs to meet guest expectations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Make arrangements for equipment for guest functions, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to staff's arrival for room setup.
• Assist Banquet staff in room setup and ensure all guest tables, buffet tables and equipment are set up correctly; reference BEOs.
• Schedule staff for pre-meal assignments and function stations; inform them of any special requests or instructions.
• Inspect food for quality and presentation prior to serving; maintain open communication with kitchen staff about changes or instructions.
