• Clean and set up all function rooms per event orders.
• Ensure audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning; coordinate with A/V company.
• Maintain clean and working banquet spaces; vacuum, dust, mop as needed.
• Return electrical equipment to storage and keep storage area organized.
• Remove bus pans from function areas when full.
