Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Virginia Guesthouse seeks a highly motivated Banquet Bartender (On Call) to direct setup, serve beverages, and handle cashier duties at banquet events.

We value 2–4 years of banquet bartending, experience in 4- or 5-star venues, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits, and the ability to work under pressure with excellent communication. Certification/license to bartend is preferred, and tips-based compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Current certification/license to be a bartender.
• Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Operate the banquet beverage bar cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain stock and garnishes, and assist with tear-down after events.
