Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Bartender to enhance guest satisfaction. This role involves setting up and preparing banquet rooms, serving beverages and food in a friendly manner, and maintaining the bar's inventory.

Qualifications

• 2‑4 years of bartending experience, preferably in banquet service.
• Experience in a 4‑star or 5‑star venue.

Responsibilities

• Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve beverages and food to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper set‑up of the bar daily.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes.

Skills

Bartending experience

Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Passion for guest experience

Education

Current certification or license to be a bartender
