Pyramid Global Hospitality invites applications for a Banquet Bartender at the Virginia Guesthouse in Charlottesville, opening in 2026. You will craft beverages for banquet functions, work with a fast-paced team, and contribute to guest satisfaction from setup to service.

Requirements include 2–4 years of bartending experience at a banquet or luxury venue, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and current certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star venue.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsabilités

• Direct set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve as bartender and clear/tear down banquet rooms after events.
• Prepare beverages for servers and act as cashier for the beverage bar.
• Maintain bar stock, garnishes, and perishables daily.
• Balance cash and input orders at the POS.
