Responsibilities

• Direct set up and preparation of banquet rooms for functions.
• Serve as bartender and clear/tear down banquet rooms after events.
• Prepare beverages for servers and act as cashier for the beverage bar.
• Maintain bar stock, garnishes, and perishables daily.
• Balance cash and input orders at the POS.
